Yes — and we bring the FUN!
We offer high-energy fundraising experiences for both kids and adults. You can choose to host an adults-only event, a kids-only event, or a mix of both. We even have kids boots available for jumping.
Events can be hosted at The Fit House or on location — our team shows up ready with everything needed to create an unforgettable experience.

Rebounding helps strengthen your pelvic floor, core, prolapsed bladder, uterus and even rectum area. Consistency is key and we do have clients that no longer tinkle when they JUMP! You are continuously working all of those muscles with every bounce. If you don’t start strengthening them up they will not get any better! We sometimes combine floor exercises, weighted poles and offer other classes which also help strengthen those areas. Your instructor can share basic moves to start with until yours is stronger.
A few tips: Wear black leggings and a panty liner. Also, wearing a tampon can help if you suffer from a prolapsed bladder it helps to hold it up.

All of our classes can be modified for any fitness level, so beginners are always welcome.
For Boston Jumps, you must start with a Level 1 Beginner class — just like learning to skate or ski, we teach you the fundamentals first so you feel confident and safe.
For Spring Step, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early if it’s your first class so we can quickly review the basic moves.
No matter where you start, we’ll guide you every step of the way.
-
Most of our classes are designed as adult workouts. We generally recommend participants be at least 12–15 years old, depending on maturity and fitness level.
If you have a group of kids or teens, we’re happy to arrange a private class tailored just for them.
-
It’s one of the most common questions — and the answer is no, you’re not just going to tip over.
The boots compress much like a trampoline, which helps absorb impact and support balance. Designed with orthopedic input for injury prevention and joint-friendly movement, they feel stable and supportive once you’re in them.
You’ll start by learning how to walk and jog in the boots before progressing — most clients feel comfortable within minutes.
Our instructors guide you on proper form and balance every step of the way, and we always encourage you to listen to your body and take breaks when needed.
It’s fun, low-impact, and one of the most energizing workouts you’ll try.
-
You can go in and click early to cancel your class up to 24 hours in advance. If not unfortunately you will be charged for that class.
-
Please sign up for your classes at least 4- 24 hours in advance to be courteous to your instructors.
Treat everyone with respect and courtesy and have fun.
Please wipe down and help put the equipment away after use.
-
Many clients with knee or back concerns find our rebounding-based classes — including Boston Jumps and trampoline — to be joint-friendly and low impact.
The boots used in Boston Jumps were designed with orthopedic input to help absorb impact and reduce stress on the joints. Rebounding workouts are known for improving endurance while being easier on the body compared to traditional high-impact exercise.
If you are recovering from surgery, managing an injury, or looking to safely return to your sport, we also recommend booking a private session so we can tailor movements specifically to your needs.
-
For most people, we recommend coming 2–3 times per week to build consistency and see results.
If you’re serious about transforming your health, building strength, improving endurance, or working through certain injuries or health challenges, 4–6 times per week — combining cardio and strength — can accelerate progress.
Consistency is key to healing, improving, and getting lasting results. And if you ever need accountability, encouragement, or a workout partner — we’re here for you.

Recommended attire: Sports bra, fitted leggings, shorts, tanks, wear layers . During cardio or jump classes you may start in a sweatshirt in less than 3-5 minutes strip down to tank or bra tops. You will be hot and don’t recommend short or long sleeves after 5 minutes. The more comfortable you are during class the better your performance do not feel the need to hide with sleeves you don’t want to over heat or be exhausted. During ston Jump classes: Wear or bring high sports socks, over ankle that is thicker not (no wool or ski sock just basic hanes/ bombas not thin like a dress sock) we have extras in case you forget.
For Spring Step and Trampoline classes: Please bring inside sneakers to use on the equipment.
-
We recommend you bring plenty of water. Please bring inside sneakers to use during any other classes so equipment, floors, Spring Steps and Trampolines stay clean
-
Our classes are typically between 45 minutes to 1 hour long. We have a warm up 3-5 minutes before we get into our cardio and then a cool down. We sometimes use weights and do floor work with Jump or Trampoline classes. Take your time and go at your own pace, it's not a race.
