Pelvic Floor, Core & More Workshop
Join us in Danvers, MA, on Boston’s North Shore for this special Pelvic Floor, Core & More Workshop.
Whether you’re struggling with pelvic floor issues now or want to help prevent problems in the future, this workshop is for you.
Pelvic floor health matters at every age and every stage of life. Pregnancy and childbirth, weight gain or loss, hormonal changes, aging, and other life changes can all affect the muscles that support your bladder, core, and pelvic organs. Many women experience concerns such as bladder leakage, weakness, pressure, or pelvic organ prolapse—but you don’t have to wait until you’re struggling to start learning about and strengthening these important muscles.
Join pelvic floor professional Dr. Stefanie DePaul of Boston Health & Wellness, inventor of the Blossoming Tulip, to learn more about your pelvic floor, how it functions and what you can begin doing to better support it.
Then Master Trainer Amy Brackman of The FIT HOUSE will put education into motion with safe, approachable exercises using mini trampolines, mat work, resistance bands, and light weights. You’ll leave with practical movements you can incorporate into your everyday life to help build a stronger pelvic floor, core and body.
Whether you’re 20 or 70+, prevention starts with education—and it’s never too early or too late to get stronger.
Our goal is more than longevity. It’s staying strong, mobile, confident, and independent so your body can continue carrying you through this amazing life.
All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
